Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Receptionist, you will serve as a professional, reliable, and compassionate individual, embodying the welcoming spirit of our organization.

Every day, you will apply a thoughtful, empathetic demeanor and strong situational awareness within our diverse environment. You will be a primary point of contact for individuals seeking services or information, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that aligns with our mission and values.

To be successful in your role, you will consistently provide professional, reliable, and compassionate reception services, ensuring a calm and supportive environment crucial for our many constituents. You will demonstrate exceptional situational awareness, a proactive and empathetic approach to all interactions, and unwavering support for our organization's mission, thereby contributing significantly to a positive and effective atmosphere.

  • Greet and check in all visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain a daily visitor log and monitor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Provide basic information about the program and direct individuals to appropriate contacts.
  • Handle light clerical tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate general studies or 1-3 years At least 1 year of combined experience in reception, or customer service , upon hire or
  • Driver's License: NM, upon hire


Preferred

  • 1-3 years Experience working in a behavioral health setting, upon hire
