Job Summary and Responsibilities

You will be a primary point of contact for individuals seeking services or information, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that aligns with our mission and values.

- Greet and check in all visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain a daily visitor log and monitor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
- Provide basic information about the program and direct individuals to appropriate contacts.
- Handle light clerical tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
Required
- High School Graduate general studies or 1-3 years At least 1 year of combined experience in reception, or customer service , upon hire or
- Driver's License: NM, upon hire
Preferred
- 1-3 years Experience working in a behavioral health setting, upon hire
