Responsibilities
Assists VP of Business Development and Physician Contracting with the implementation of specific business objectives and projects for the Central Coast North Market. Implements and monitors hospital tactical plans that are aligned with key service lines and strategic growth initiatives. Works with peers and stakeholders to achieve functional goals and carry out initiatives efficiently and with regard to budget. Provides objective data and analysis that enables hospital and market area leadership to make informed decisions and achieve strategic growth. Supports the physician recruitment process for both independent private practice groups as well as the organizations employment model.
Qualifications
- Three years experience in business development or finance desirable but not required.
- Healthcare field or project management experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in recruitment physician or other professional field also desirable.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or related field.
