Radiation Therapy Tech - Radiation Oncology

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiation Therapy Technician to join our Dynamic Radiation Oncology team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Operating radiation therapy equipment, such as Linear Accelerators (LINACs), to administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients diagnosed with cancer.
- The technician will collaborate with oncologists and medical physicists to ensure accurate treatment delivery, patient positioning, and safety protocols.
- Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, maintaining records, and ensuring equipment functionality and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience required.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology
- California License in Radiation Therapy
- California Fluoroscopy License
- AHA BLS certification
- Fire Safety card required. (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
