As our Pharmacy Manager you will foster a service culture based on continuous quality Improvement, and create structures and processes that assure cost effective and safe utilization of drug supplies and staff time.  You will lead initiatives and contribute to the provision of high-quality care, and provide direction and supportive resources regarding day-to-day operations for the department to reduce harm to patients and improve patient outcomes. You will be responsible for Implementing and administering fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting required.
  • Minimum two (2) years leadership experience required.
Required Licensure: 
  • Registered Pharmacist license in the State of CA required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced or Master's degree preferred (e.g., Pharm.D.).
